Allot of work was ahead of us. After rebuilding for 3 months, we opened the Carniceria Bavaria in Sosúa on the 15 of February. Many hard working workers whom have been lead by Erhard, manage the reconstruction.
Photos: Andre took care of the entire new installation of the electrical lines and the facilities , often into the night. So being developed 4 cold storage rooms with 75Sqm each. The sales shop with modern installations from Germany was created and finally our machines from Germany have arrived.
For in between snacks: Leberkäse, daily fresh from the oven. Divers kinds of sausages, cooked or smoked, with potato salad, or fresh bread.
